How-to Homestead is a multi-faceted arts organization that has at its center the creation, curation, and distribution of short films dedicated to 21st century homesteading.
We make our own videos, we scour the web looking for videos, and we actively encourage folks to make videos about homesteading. How-to homestead videos can be enjoyed on this website and at our bay-area based shows, which always include live musical accompaniment, games of chance, sing alongs, tastings, and occasional dancing. We also share our videos with other arts organizations.
Check out the upcoming section of this site to see where you might be able to check out a how-to homestead show or single video at a venue near you.
